This monument of architecture is so significant that it was included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. In 2011 the Cathedral celebrated a 1000 years since the foundation.

We would like to invite to you to a walking sightseeing tour in Podil. Podil is the most interesting historic neighborhood in Kyiv. The ancient spirit of Kyiv has been preserved here till the present day, as well as 75% of all architectural attractions in Kyiv. Even in ancient times, Podil was inhabited mainly by craftsmen, merchants and sailors. A lively atmosphere of noisy fairs and ship constructions reigned here.Podil was the right place for first Kyiv pharmacy, the first mill, the first water supply system, the first power station, and the first higher educational institution in Kyiv to appear.The narrow streets with low charming buildings, mysterious romantic courtyards, the temples of different eras and religions - these are the features of this wonderful place in Kyiv.During the tour you will see the attractions of Podil: National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, Kontraktova Ploshcha (Contracts Square), monument to Hryhoriy Skovoroda, Contracts House, Hostynnyi Dvir, the Fountain of Samson, the Pyrohoshcha Dormition of the Mother of God Church and the Ascension Convent (Florivsky monastery).

1) A visit to National Museum of Folk Architecture and Folkways of Ukraine with a tour: "Pyrohiv. A fairy tale in the open air". A walking tour on the territory of the museum. The picturesque territory of the museum has an area of 150 hectares. There are more than 300 objects of antiquity from all regions of Ukraine and when you enter the museum you literally move back into the past. The ancient peasant houses, mills and churches of the 16-17th centuries were collected in various regions of Ukraine, delivered to the museum and restored. You will be able to hear folk songs near the houses and in the field; to see craftsmen at work: embroiderers, weavers, carvers, blacksmiths, potters, glassblowers and weaving masters.

2) The second option is to move to the village of Novi Petrivtsi, we will have a walk in Mezhyhirya. The Mezhyhirya complex is a former private residence of Viktor Yanukovych in the village of Novi Petrivtsi, Vyshhorod District, Kyiv Oblast, where he had been living since 2002 till 2014. Mezhyhirya was a state governmental residence from 1935 to 2007, until it was transferred to private ownership. The 140-hectares complex Mezhyhirya has a five-meter high fence with perimeter length of 54 km. On the territory of the complex there are a yacht pier, an equestrian club, a shooting gallery, a tennis court and other entertaining and tourist attractions, as well as hunting grounds. Journalists and politicians call Mezhyhirya a symbol of presidential corruption and a museum of corruption.

We are going to start with a city tour "Aristocratic Lviv", where we will visit St. George's Cathedral and the High Castle. Lviv is ancient and modern, very refined, and has the true European spirit among all Ukrainian cities.

A walking tour "The streets of the old city". A walk along the medieval central part of the city will leave an indelible impression. 3) The third option is to have a tour to Lychakiv Cemetery, which is one of the greatest European necropolises. The cemetery was founded in 1786. From the first years of the foundation of this cemetery, well-known figures of culture, art, science, as well as the administrative elite of the capital of the Kingdom of Galicia and Lodomeria were buried here.
