During this tour we will see the main attractions of Kyiv, hear fascinating stories from the past and present of the city and feel its unique atmosphere.
We will start our tour on the Dnieper embankment, where we will remember the legends of the city at the monument to the founders of Kyiv. On the way to the Pechersk hills we will stop at the foot of the majestic Motherland Monument and take a brief look at the oldest Orthodox monastery Kyivo-Pecherska Lavra. We will definitely visit the observation deck above the famous Maidan in Kyiv.
We will go through the modern center of the Ukrainian capital - Khreshchatyk Street. We will see the University of Kyiv, the Opera House, St. Volodymyr's Cathedral and Bessarabka. We will also see a unique monument of the 10-12th centuries: the Golden Gate of Kyiv, Saint Sophia's Cathedral and St. Michael's Golden-Domed Monastery. We will stop at the monuments to Yaroslav the Wise, Princess Olga, Bohdan Khmelnytskyi.
Then we will go down the legendary Andriyivskyy Descent to the charming Podil. We will see St. Andrew's Church, the Castle of Richard the Lionheart, Lysa Hora (Bald Mount), House and Museum of Mikhail Bulgakov. In Podil we will take a walk near the Ascension Convent, the Contract house, the house of Peter I, and, of course, we will make wishes at the Fountain of Samson and finish here our tour in ancient and beautiful Kyiv.
We recommend to have lunch at the restaurants with Ukrainian cuisine: Kanapa, Kompot, Last Barricade and Vatra.
We advise you to spend the evening at Kyiv night clubs like Skybar, D.Fleur, Harem, Angels Club (you can use a taxi to get from the hotel to the club and back).
The tour to Chornobyl and Prypiat
Buffet breakfast at the hotel.
08:30 Boarding a comfortable minibus or bus, registration and passport control. Departure from Kyiv. During the trip you will have a preliminary briefing about radiation safety rules, watch thematic films. There will be 1 or 2 stops during the way.
Arrival at the checkpoint "Dytiatky", passport control. The citizens of Ukraine must provide internal passports (IDs), the foreigners must provide a valid travel document. Please, listen carefully to the information from the representative of the Zone, who will accompany us on our way, as we enter the 30-kilometer Zone.
We will stop in Chornobyl. You will see that Chornobyl's stigma of a ghost town was a hasty decision and it does not correspond to reality. Several thousand people work on a shift basis in Chornobyl. Upon arrival in Chornobyl, you will have a unique opportunity to plunge into the world of the Chornobyl tragedy. The guides will provide information about the past, present and future of the Chornobyl Zone. They will also answer your questions. You will hear the myths and legends of the Zone. And maybe you will dispel some myths for yourself.
We will have a tour in Chornobyl: the Church of St. Illia, the Park of Glory, the river port, the monument to "Those Who Saved the World".
We will visit the observation deck of the world's most notorious Fourth Reactor of the Chornobyl Nuclear Power Plant. You will be so close to the Shelter that it seems you can reach it by hand!
Lunch in a café in Chornobyl.
We will visit the secret facility Chornobyl-2 and giant antennas of the DUGA-1 radar (the brain burner). It was classified until the mid-1980s. By means of the most powerful and ultra-modern radars at that time, the military was able, literally, to look beyond the horizon. Chornobyl accident completely changed the fate of the city and the object Chornobyl-2 ceased to be on combat duty.
Prypiat. A walk in the ghost town, the amusement park and of course the signature of Prypiat - the Ferris Wheel (please note, that we will not enter any buildings for safety reasons). You can take a lot of thematic photos here!
At the end of the tour we will have a radiological control. Departure from the Exclusion Zone for Kyiv.
At last, we can talk about our impressions. Return to Kyiv.
You can spend the evening at the nightclubs of Kyiv or at the pubs (we recommend you the restaurant "Solomianska Brewery" or "This is Pivbar"). You can also watch the panorama of Kyiv from the Dnieper River on board of a riverboat "St. Andrew" (the cost of a 2-hour tour with tasting set and a glass of wine is $30 per person, the groups gather each Friday).
Shooting range "SAPSAN"

We will leave the city to visit a shooting range "Sapsan". You will be offered to do a series of shots. 25 shots at moving targets cost $20 per person (the rent of the target, the site, the instructor and the weapon are included in the price).
It is also possible to order services for firing long-barreled and short-barreled weapons. On the territory of the club we recommend you to visit the "Hunter's" restaurant, where you will have a delicious and hearty lunch with dishes from Ukrainian cuisine.
